The Tea & Leadership Workshop offered by IAWP was developed to enhance the entrepreneurship and leadership skills of women who assume directive roles or for those who would like to succeed through the application of kindness, creativity, and compassion. What is unique about this amiable space is that we offer demonstrations and dialogue on leadership development skills as we learn to collaborate and support each other. We encourage each participant to enter with a thankful heart, be ready to go deeper to better understand personal attributes, be willing to work with each other, and be enthusiastic to extend the knowledge garnered here within our own communities.
